Subjectively, I found that the GP500 had very accurate grayscale OOTB. I observed a DeltaE value of 2.3 which is less than the amount visible to the naked eye. This is quite impressive. The Dynamic Contrast feature was a great way to bring depth to the nighttime scenes in Life of Pi and the color on display was excellent as well. Avatar looked great as well.
